|Jeff T. Hussey has been Russell Investments’ Global Chief Investment Officer (CIO) since August 2013. He is responsible for investment management, and implementation and research activities, and is also on the Executive Committee.
Previously, Jeff was CIO of fixed income, where he oversaw fixed-income funds and investments, as well as making recommendations for this asset class globally. He was appointed to oversee U.S. fixed income in 2003 and took charge of more than $60 billion in fixed assets in London and Canada in 2008.
He joined Russell Investments in 1991, working in analytical, operational and research roles before becoming portfolio manager responsible for more than $12 billion in U.S. fixed-income mandates from 2001 to 2003.
Jeff has a B.S. in Economics and Business (Finance emphasis) from the University of Puget Sound; an M.S. in Finance from Seattle University, and is a CFA Charterholder with the CFA Institute and a Licensed Registered Representative for FINRA Series 7.
