Jodie Hampshire is the Managing Director of Australia. . She is also a member of the firm's Australia Leadership Team and the Russell Global Council.
Jodie joined the company's Sydney office in 2000 and was in charge of implemented consulting and business development. Jodie has over 15 years' experience in advising Boards and sub-committees, from listed companies to superannuation funds and charities. She also managed the acquisition and integration of Towers Perrin (Australia).
Following this, Jodie moved to the UK and was integral in establishing a product development function for the EMEA business. In 2011, she joined Mercer Investments and was responsible for advising endowment and foundation clients. She went on to become Chief Operating Officer, Pacific, and was the caretaker leader of Mercer Sentinel. Jodie returned to Russell Investments in 2013 in her current role.
Jodie is long-time supporter of For-Purpose organizations and currently holds a directorship with the Australian Defence Credit Union.
She has a B. Commerce from the University of Newcastle and is a CFA Charterholder.
