Adrianna Giesey is a Senior Portfolio Manager, Alternative Investments at Russell Investments with an emphasis on listed real assets. In this role, Adrianna has global oversight of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and direct investing within the firm’s listed real estate portfolios. She also retains manager research responsibilities for global and select US property securities managers as well as natural resource equities managers.

Adrianna joined Russell Investments in 2003 as a member of Russell Investments’ real estate group. Her responsibilities included providing analysis of private market supply/demand data and related capital market statistics as well as analysis of global listed property markets. In addition, she participated in the private real estate fund research and monitoring process and was responsible for performance attribution analysis of listed real estate funds. In 2009, as an associate portfolio manager based in London, Adrianna took on a supporting role on Russell Investments’ global real estate securities funds, including client liaison responsibilities in the EMEA region. Most recently she was a senior research analyst responsible for property securities manager research globally. She began researching global property securities managers in 2009 before transitioning to the role full time in 2012.

 

Russell Investments' ownership is composed of a majority stake held by funds managed by TA Associates Management, L.P., with a significant minority stake held by funds managed by Reverence Capital Partners, L.P. Certain of Russell Investments' employees and Hamilton Lane Advisors, LLC also hold minority, non-controlling, ownership stakes.
