Head of Middle Market Institutional Sales

Bikram Chadha serves as the Head of Middle Market Institutional Sales and Consultant Relations for Russell Investments’ U.S. Institutional business. In this role, Bikram is responsible for driving new business within his territory and leading a team focused on expanding the firm’s outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO)capabilities while strengthening relationships with external consultants.​

Bikram works with a diverse range of institutional clients—including corporations, healthcare organizations, non-profits, endowments, foundations, and union and governmental plans—to develop customized investment strategies using Russell Investments’ institutional manager-of-managers investment process.

Bikram joined Russell Investments in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he was with PFM Asset Management, where he most recently served as National Sales Director for the not-for-profit market. In an earlier role at PFM, he was responsible for overseeing institutional client relationships as an OCIO specialist. Bikram began his career at Vanguard, holding positions in both the institutional retirement planning and institutional advice businesses.​

He holds an M.B.A. from Villanova University, a B.A. from Stony Brook University, and has completed the Management Program at The Wharton School. Bikram is based in New York, NY.​
