Carolyn Tsalos is Director, Customised Portfolio Solutions for Russell Investments’ EMEA region. Based in London, she is responsible for leading new business conversations with institutional investors, such as corporate pension plans and LGPS. She is well versed in all our customised solutions tailored for large institutional investors such as transition management, currency management, outsourced and enhanced trading, and direct investing services.​

Prior to joining Russell Investments in 2010, Carolyn was at Standard Life Investments in Edinburgh for three years.

Russell Investments' ownership is composed of a majority stake held by funds managed by TA Associates Management, L.P., with a significant minority stake held by funds managed by Reverence Capital Partners, L.P. Certain of Russell Investments' employees and Hamilton Lane Advisors, LLC also hold minority, non-controlling, ownership stakes.
