Dan is a Portfolio Manager for the private markets’ platform at Russell Investments, covering the firm’s multi-manager funds and separate accounts across buyouts, venture capital, distressed, credit, real estate, and natural resources.

Prior to joining Russell Investments, Dan was a Vice President at iCapital Network, where his primary responsibilities included research and diligence of fund investments, secondary transactions, and co-investments across various private market strategies. Before joining iCapital, he held a similar position at Performance Equity Management, with a focus on venture capital investments.

Dan began his career with the investment consulting group at Aon Hewitt, where he conducted analysis on the investment portfolios of institutional clients and supported the firm’s advisory functions.

Russell Investments' ownership is composed of a majority stake held by funds managed by TA Associates Management, L.P., with a significant minority stake held by funds managed by Reverence Capital Partners, L.P. Certain of Russell Investments' employees and Hamilton Lane Advisors, LLC also hold minority, non-controlling, ownership stakes.
