Chief Human Resources Officer

Jenny Proctor is Chief Human Resources Officer for Russell Investments, responsible for the firm's HR teams worldwide. With more than 25 years of experience working across multiple roles and functions in the financial services industry, Proctor previously served as Director of Global HR for Russell Investments. In this capacity, she led the design and implementation of the firm's worldwide talent and performance management processes. Prior to that, she led the associate development function for U.S. associates and was a key contributor to the design and implementation of a companywide corporate training and learning platform.
