Associate Director, Strategic Accounts

Chantal Burgy is an Associate Director of Strategic Accounts at Russell Investments Canada, where she leads the Strategic Accounts team. In this role, she is responsible for developing and managing key partner relationships with national dealer firms across Canada. She drives strategic planning initiatives, oversees the development and execution of sales and marketing plans, and ensures the effective delivery of Russell Investments’ programs through a broad network of affiliated investment advisors.

Since joining Russell Investments in February 2011, Chantal has built deep expertise across the Canadian wealth landscape. Prior to assuming her current role within the strategic accounts in 2021, she worked closely with financial advisors throughout Québec and Atlantic Canada, supporting practice growth and delivering investment solutions tailored to client needs.

Chantal is also an active contributor to the firm’s culture and leadership initiatives. She has previously co-chaired the WISE (Women in Sales Excellence) associate committee, where she championed programs focused on advancing inclusion, mentorship, and professional development within the organization.
