Regional Director, Mid Market Sales

Marshall Jones is a regional director for Russell Investments’ U.S. institutional business. He is responsible for new business development and establishing investment management relationships in the western United States as well as supporting those clients on an ongoing basis. Marshall works with clients and retirement advisory committees and boards to develop customized investment strategies utilizing Russell Investments’ institutional solutions.

Before joining Russell Investments, Marshall was the sales director for Mercer Global Investments in the western United States, where he worked closely with colleagues in consulting, investments and administration to deliver investment management solutions to institutional clients. In this role, he was responsible for establishing the largest new investment management relationship for Mercer at that time. From 1995 to 2007, Marshall was with MFS Investment Management in their retirement services division, where he served in several roles. The majority of his time there was spent leading a sales team as the Senior Divisional V.P. in charge of retirement sales in the Western United States.

Prior to MFS Investment Management, Marshall was a Divisional V.P. of retirement business at UBS/PaineWebber after he started his career out of college at Benetech, Inc., a national retirement plan administration firm. Overall, Marshall has over 30 years of experience delivering investment and retirement solutions for clients.
