Please be aware of fraudulent activities which may use the Russell Investments’ name or a variation. Scammers may attempt to impersonate our company through emails, phone calls, social media, advertisements, mobile apps, or fake websites. To protect yourself, please keep the following in mind:

Official communications—We will only contact you through our official website and verified channels.
No requests for sensitive information—We will never ask for passwords, financial details, or personal data via email, phone, or text.
Check URLs and email addresses carefully—Always verify that you are on our official website before entering any information and always verify you are emailing an official email address. Scammers may create fake websites and email addresses that look similar to ours.
Beware of unsolicited offers—If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Be cautious of unexpected offers, prizes, or investment opportunities, or AI generated videos and images. AI can be used to create very realistic fake videos and images.
Be wary of pressure to invest quickly or requests to send money in the face of alleged fiscal or technical blockers.
