Paul Eitelman joined Russell Investments in March 2015 and leads the firm’s global team of investment strategists. In this role he is responsible for Russell Investments’ economic outlook and the cycle, value, sentiment framework which guides tactical positioning for the firm’s actively managed funds. Eitelman is Chairman of the Risk-On / Risk-Off and Fixed Income Strategy Teams and is a spokesperson for the firm’s outlook with clients and the media.

Previously, Paul served as Vice President and Senior Economist at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New York, where his global macroeconomic research drove asset allocation decisions on behalf of the firm’s ultra high net worth clients.

Eitelman began his career at the Federal Reserve Board, where he was the lead economic analyst for several emerging market economies in Latin America and Southeast Asia. In this role, he prepared country briefings and analysis for former Chairman Ben Bernanke and other members of the FOMC.
