Kevin Turner leads the Institutional Partnerships team for Russell Investments. This team is a consolidation of the strategic advisory and subject matter expertise across the organization and is focused on enhancing Russell Investments’ institutional relationships through a clear understanding of client needs and a flexible engagement platform to deliver the support and empowerment required to align with each client’s circumstances. The team works closely with consulting clients and institutional investment management clients across North America. Based in Seattle, Kevin assumed this expanded leadership role in 2022.

Kevin’s additional responsibilities include membership of the Russell Investments’ Operating Committee and the Americas Institutional Executive Committee.
From 2016 to 2022, Kevin led the Investment Strategy & Solutions team for Russell Investments. This team represented the asset allocation and liability management functions across the organization and recommended/designed investment solutions to achieve desired investment outcomes.

From 2008 to 2016, Kevin held the role of managing director of consulting for Russell Investments’ Americas Institutional business. In this position, Kevin had primary responsibility for consulting client relationships and the provision of advice on all aspects of investment programs, including governance, investment policy, asset allocation and risk management.

Kevin held the role of senior consultant from 2003 to 2008, and consultant from 2001 to 2003, based in New York. From 1995 through 2000, Kevin worked in various consulting roles for Russell Investments’ New Zealand office in Auckland and Australian office in Sydney.

Prior to joining Russell Investments in 1995, Kevin was with ASB Bank where he worked on a variety of strategic projects relating to ASB Bank’s national expansion throughout New Zealand.
