Senior Director, Co-Head OCIO​

Stacey Bro serves as Co-Head of OCIO for Russell Investments and is based in the firm’s New York office. Sincejoining the firm in 2008, Stacey has played a key leadership role within Russell Investments’ Client CIO team.​

As a senior member of the team, Stacey advises institutional clients on a wide range of investment-related matters,including the development of investment goals and objectives, asset allocation strategies, and overall investmentprogram monitoring. She regularly provides investment reviews and educational presentations to client committeesand senior management. Her experience spans defined benefit and defined contribution plans, endowments,foundations, and other institutional asset pools.​

In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Stacey serves as Co-Head of Russell Investments’ global OCIOstrategy, where she is responsible for aligning the firm’s functional areas to deliver integrated OCIO solutions toclients. She also plays a critical role in the firm’s Consultant Relations team, managing key relationships with OCIOsearch consultants.​

Before joining Russell Investments, Stacey was a Relationship Manager with Artio Global Investors (formerly JuliusBaer Investment Management), where she served institutional investors. She began her career at Safeco AssetManagement in Seattle, WA, providing investment education to retirement plan participants. She later joinedMeketa Investment Group, where she advised institutional clients on investment policy, asset allocation, managerselection, and oversight. She has also held positions at PIMCO and Deutsche Bank.​

Stacey is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.​
