Director, Alternative Solutions

Grace Uniacke is Director, Alternative Solutions at Russell Investments. In this role, she focuses on the firm’s alternatives capabilities, supporting both prospective and existing client relationships. Grace is responsible for articulating investment strategies and offerings, increasing awareness of Russell Investments’ alternatives platform, and contributing to product development and thought leadership to advance the firm’s alternatives growth initiatives.

Grace joined Russell Investments in 2025. Prior to that, she served as a Credit Product Specialist at boutique asset manager ArrowMark Partners. She also held the role of Vice President, Venture Capital Product Specialist at StepStone Group. Earlier in her career, Grace worked as an Investor Relations Associate at Columbus Hill Capital Management and focused on investment research and manager due diligence at Simon Quick Advisors.

Grace holds a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
