Overview

At Russell Investments, our people are at the heart of everything we do. The Associate Engagement Council (AEC) in India plays a vital role in fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and purpose-driven workplace.

Operating out of our Mumbai office, the AEC supports and oversees a range of associate-led initiatives that align with our core values and global DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) priorities.

Our Active ARGs (Associate Resource Groups)

Under the AEC, we currently have four active ARG committees, each focused on building a stronger, more connected workplace:
