Russell Investments Announces New Investment Division Leadership Appointments

Russell Investments today announced new senior leadership appointments in its Investment Division, reinforcing the firm’s continued commitment to investment excellence and strong client outcomes across the globe.

Paul Eitelman has been appointed Global Chief Investment Strategist, where he will lead Russell Investments’ global macroeconomic outlook process while continuing to serve as a trusted voice to clients and consultants. With nearly 20 years in the industry and more than 10 years at Russell Investments, Eitelman most recently served as the Chief Investment Strategist for North America where his research and views helped guide the firm’s investment strategies in the region.

Andrew Pease has been appointed Head of Investments, Asia-Pacific (APAC), strengthening the firm’s continued commitment to the region. Pease, who most recently served as Global Chief Investment Strategist, brings over 30 years of experience in asset allocation, portfolio strategy, and macroeconomic research. In this role, Pease will work closely with local and global teams to deliver innovative, outcome-oriented solutions to clients in the region. He will relocate from London to Sydney in July.

Additional leadership changes include Pierre Dongo-Soria, who will now serve as Principal Investment Strategist, EMEA. Working closely with Van Luu, Global Head of Solutions Strategy, Pierre will enhance Russell Investments’ global and regional thought leadership and client engagement.
