Scott Bowen serves as Russell Investments' Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for steering the firm's financial strategy and ensuring the resources to support growth and profitability. He joined the firm in September 2024 with more than 40 years of industry experience. This includes most recently as CFO for UBS Asset Management. Earlier in his career, he served in key finance roles at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. Based in Russell Investments' New York office, Scott reports directly to Chairman & CEO Zach Buchwald.
