Jonathan Needham is President of Russell Investments Canada Limited (RICL).

In this role, Jonathan will help position the firm for long term growth in the Canadian marketplace.

Russell Investment Canada, through Jonathan’s leadership plans to build on its strong momentum in strategic innovations including separately managed accounts, alternative investments and ETFs – giving advisors enhanced flexibility in how they serve their clients.

Jonathan is a member of Russell Investments’ global operating committee, ensuring activities across divisions align with the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.. He also serves as a trustee of the Russell Investment Company Canada Board of Directors. Jonathan is based in the firm’s Toronto headquarters.

Prior to Russell Investments, Jonathan has held several progressive roles in the financial services sector including Senior Sales Executive, Head of Marketing, Head of Distribution, Portfolio Manager & Director of Head of ETF Distribution at large asset management firms.
