Prior to joining Russell Investments, Noah was a senior investment analyst at Vector, modelling acquisitions and divestments in the energy sector in New Zealand.

He started his career in the finance department of Swiss Re, a major reinsurance company in Switzerland. He was part of a project team that developed and introduced a new economic performance management and asset-liability management system for life and non-life reinsurance in the company.

After five years in finance Noah joined the underwriting department, where he structured and priced natural catastrophe-linked securities and derivatives. He was also responsible for the analysis and pricing of investments in a proprietary portfolio of insurance-linked securities and derivatives.
