Josh Houchin is a Senior Portfolio Manager on the transition management team. In this role he develops customized implementation solutions for domestic and international clients.

He has held several roles at Russell Investments including head of Australasia transition management and head of fixed income transition management. In these roles, he assisted in implementing complex transitions and building out customized solutions and workflows for clients looking to facilitate more direct investment. Prior to these roles, Josh was a fixed income portfolio manager within the transition management team at Russell Investments. This team executes portfolio transition assignments for external client and Russell Investments’ funds and separate client accounts. Josh’s duties included planning and implementing risk-controlled transition strategies, operational process oversight, process development, and implementation transaction cost analysis.

Before joining Russell Investments in 2010, Josh held several roles at Clearwater Analytics, a startup software company focused on outsourced investment accounting and reporting for corporate treasurers, investment managers, and insurance companies.

Josh is a Senior Portfolio Manager, Transition Management for Russell Investments Implementation Services, LLC., Russell Investment’s global trading firm. Russell Investments Implementation Services, LLC. is an SEC registered investment adviser and FINRA member firm.
