Buy/sell spreads costs: Z Series Funds

The following table provides the buy-sell spreads that are currently applied to calculate the entry and exit prices for a specific fund. We regularly review the buy-sell spreads for each fund to ensure that they remain appropriate. Any changes to the buy-sell spreads for a particular fund will be updated in the table below.

Target Market Determinations (TMD)

Each TMD sets out the class of consumers for whom the product, including its key attributes, would likely be consistent with their likely objectives, financial situation and needs. In addition, the TMD outlines the triggers to review the target market and certain other information. This document is not a product disclosure statement and is not a summary of the product features or terms of the product. This document does not take into account any person’s individual objectives, financial situation or needs. Persons interested in acquiring this product should carefully read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for this product before making a decision whether to buy this product.

TMD Distributor Reporting

Under the DDO regime, distributors of financial products must take reasonable steps that will, or are reasonably likely to, result in the distribution of a financial product being consistent with the TMD for that product.

Product distributors are required to provide the following reports: 

  • Complaints  
  • Significant dealings

Continuous Disclosure

Russell Investments' ownership is composed of a majority stake held by funds managed by TA Associates Management, L.P., with a significant minority stake held by funds managed by Reverence Capital Partners, L.P. Certain of Russell Investments' employees and Hamilton Lane Advisors, LLC also hold minority, non-controlling, ownership stakes.

On July 2, 2026, Russell Investments Group, Ltd. (“Russell Investments”) entered into a definitive agreement and plan of merger (the “Transaction”) pursuant to which Russell Investments will be acquired by a consortium led by B Capital Group Management, L.P. that includes California Public Employees Retirement System. The Transaction is expected to close by the end of Q1 2027, subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
