Shareholders receive (by mail) a one-page Notice regarding money manager changes and will be directed to a more complete Information Statement that is available online or by mail on request. The Notices will be distributed within 90 days of the effective date and the Information Statements will be available until at least 90 days after the Notice is sent. This approach (the “notice and access” model) is consistent with industry standards.
