Our mission:

The LGBTA Network is dedicated to helping Russell Investments improve the financial security of our clients and meet the needs of our associates by promoting the free exchange of ideas, inspiring innovation, and fostering a culture of acceptance and inclusion of LGBTA individuals.

We do this through social events, educational opportunities, team-based community outreach, and ensuring that Russell Investments is a leader in creating workplace policies that are inclusive and equitable to our LGBTA associates.
