Our mission:

The Women's Network strives to empower business women through information sharing, education, networking and career broadening opportunities with a focus on developing motivated, influential and informed professionals. 

Our role in the Russell Investments community:

The Women’s Network was created in 2008 to help women working at Russell Investments build close connections across the firm and to provide opportunities for professional and personal development. This effort includes sharing the experience and knowledge of successful women leaders inside and outside of our firm. The events we organize share one or more of the following goals: 

• Career broadening/advocacy: Empowering members to be motivated and engaged associates, even in times of corporate change.
  
  
• Networking: Facilitating effective and influential connections through both internal and external networking opportunities.
  
  
• Information sharing/thought leadership/communications: Ensuring that members remain informed.
  
  
• Education: Promoting personal and professional growth with a business focus.
