Lisa Schneider is the managing director and head of client solutions for Russell Investments' institutional business. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading the organization's efforts in developing and delivering strategic advice and investment management solutions for the firm's OCIO and custom portfolio solution clients and prospects. Lisa is responsible for driving Russell Investments' business strategy in these segments and providing direction on investment strategy, risk management, and investment implementation.

Additionally, Lisa is part of the senior management team responsible for the direction of the institutional business at Russell Investments'. Lisa's depth of experience with non-profits and healthcare systems leads her to be a featured speaker at industry conferences and a key contributor to Russell Investments' thought leadership.

Prior to this role, Lisa managed the client service team responsible for delivering strategic advice and implementation solutions to Russell Investments' U.S. investment management clients. She has extensive client relationship management experience, having served as a client executive with direct responsibility for managing several key client relationships. She has worked alongside her clients to develop outcome-oriented investment programs, performance measurement criteria, and long-term strategic asset allocation parameters.

Lisa has a long history with Russell Investments in several managerial and analytical roles. She joined Russell Investments in 1988 as a technical analyst with the company's consulting practice.

Lisa is a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts and the CFA Institute.
