Russell Investments launches Global Equity ETF Series
New option provides Canadian investors with additional access and exposure to the firm’s flagship Russell Investments Global Equity Pool
Toronto, August 8, 2024 — Russell Investments Canada Limited (Russell Investments) today announced the launch of Russell Investments Global Equity Pool ETF Series, which will trade effective August 9, 2024, on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the ticker symbol RIGE. As the firm’s fourth exchange-traded fund series (ETF Series) of existing mutual funds, RIGE complements the three options launched in January 2020: Russell Investments Fixed Income Pool (Ticker: RIFI), Russell Investments Global Infrastructure Pool (Ticker: RIIN) and Russell Investments Real Assets (Ticker: RIRA).
“We are committed to providing advisors and investors with increased optionality in their preferred investment vehicles, whether it’s mutual funds, ETF Series or Separately Managed Accounts,” said Brad Jung, head of North America Advisor & Intermediary Solutions at Russell Investments. “Our new ETF Series provides clients seeking growth with another option to access the value propositions of four global sub-advisers with complementary assignments in the underlying Russell Investments Global Equity Pool.”
