Adam Field is a senior asset allocation strategist for Russell Investments’ U.S. consulting business. His primary responsibility is delivering consulting services to defined benefit and defined contribution clients. Adam works directly with clients and consultants to provide advice on investment policy and strategy, governance, and strategic asset class structure. He also assists in manager selection, investment implementation, and oversees client performance/risk monitoring.

Prior to joining Russell Investments in 2018, Adam worked as an actuary in the Willis Towers Watson retirement practice for nine years. There he consulted with clients on diverse employee benefits issues. Specific areas of expertise included funding and accounting valuations of corporate pension and other post-retirement benefit plans, actuarial assumption reviews, defined benefit plan design, and benefits administration.
